Qais Al-Dhalai, President of the Asian Rugby Confederation, member of the Board of Directors of the International Federation of the game, toured Argentina, Uruguay and Chile at the invitation of Sebastian Pinaroa, President of the South American Rugby Union, in order to support and consolidate relations at the level of the game in the two continents, as well as build distinguished relationships and partnerships.
