The UAE national rugby team won the title of the “first level” Asian Championship for the category of 15 players, after defeating Pakistan in the second leg of the championship final with a score of 93-3, in the match that took place between them at the Punjab Stadium in the Pakistani city of Lahore. The team had won the first match against the national team The Pakistani scored 95-0, to rise to the elite level in the continent with the teams of Hong Kong, South Korea and Malaysia.
